Booking Your COVID Vaccine

First, second or third dose COVID-19 vaccines for eligible people (including children) can be booked using the Province’s online registration system or by calling the vaccine booking line at 1-833-943-3900 (TTY 1-866-797-0007). You can also text “VACCINE” to 1-833-750-0888 for information about vaccines and how to get vaccinated.

City Immunization Clinics

COVID-19 vaccinations are available at all five city-run clinics by appointment only:

  • Metro Toronto Convention Centre
  • Cloverdale Mall
  • Scarborough Town Centre
  • Mitchell Field Community Centre
  • Woodbine Mall

All five City-run clinics are open Monday to Friday from 2 – 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. (by appointment only).

A health card is not needed, however individuals must bring some form of identification. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued ID (including non-Canadian and expired documents) such as a driver’s license or passport, a piece of mail with your name on it, a pay stub or a student card.

In Ward 13, first, second, or third dose vaccine appointments are also available to book for eligible people (including children) at the Sherbourne Health – Wellesley Community Centre and Regent Park-40 Oaks (Fred Victor) clinics.
